Could you kindly carry out the following steps to solve the issue: Create a new project from scratch/upload an xlsform as a new project Upload media under SETTINGS>Media Deploy if it’s a new project/redeploy if it’s an existing project So this is the step moving forward because KoBoToolbox is now able to preview a form with media files before going live.
