I want the option in the red box to be the first option to receive samples (Online-Only (multiple submissions))
Every time I choose the option in the red box and close the page, come back and open a page I find it moves to the first option

To receive submissions to your form, you need to share the link through COPY or OPEN options - written in blue text next to your method-. When you select a method from drop down menu and share the link, you don’t need to change it again and again. If you choose Online-Only and share that link, that’s all. The drop down menu doesn’t indicate how the data is collected for every time.
