Concat error

Hi Everyone, need help again. I’ve been stuck for the kadt hour with the simple calculation:

concat('logtime ‘,{dtTime3},’ ', ${dtTime4})

Once i try to redeploy the form with the above statement in the calculation column, i get the error shown below:

How can i resolve this?

Syntax-error, $ missing at 2nd parameter.

Hint: You can always test your form with the Online validator, please, during development and before deployment
