Hello,
I need to make a questionnaire with 2 groups the first group about food the second about rehabilitation but when we start the survey there will be a an option asking : 1- food or 2- rehabilitation if the the answer is food ( then all the rehabilitation group will not appear and vice versa )
how can i make this … please
