Is it possible to display a confirmation message once a person has completed answering all of the questions in a browser?

Welcome to the community! You could do this as shown in the image below (under the FORM, select Online-Only (single submission):
When you have changed this setting, you should see the following information when completing data collection:
GOOD DAY!

Your question can be interpreted in two ways.
First, you want to receive a conformational message when the form has been completed and submitted. That solution is above.
If you want to also ensure that ALL questions have been answered, take a look at this post, as I had a similar issue today.
Thank you. The current setting on my form is Online-Offline and I’ve changed it to Online-only but I’m not sure how to save that setting.

For this you will simply need to click the SETTINGS>SAVE CHANGES as shown in the image below:
