I have successfully installed Kobotoolbox on local computer in Ubuntu 20.04 Running under Virtual box. And setup the self hosted server details successfully.
My computer and mobile both are connected to Same WIFI. I have created a test form and deployed and followed steps from here:
I am still getting forms download failed error. as shown in these pictures.

yes. through web forms. i am able to make submissions. and received inside kobotoolbox dasboard.

Hi @asif From what I can see, it appears that your KoBoToolbox server is not accessible online.
Please note that the KoBoCollect mobile app requires the server to be reachable either over the internet or within your local network (LAN) in order to connect and download forms.
When I enter this link http://kf.kobo.local/ in Ubuntu 22.04 I get the Kobotoolbox self hosted server dashboard, http://kf.kobo.local/#/projects/home
But when I entered http://kc.kobo.local/ I have got
404 Not Found

Is this a improperly setup error?
Also Mobile app Kobocollect is unable to connect due to this.
Should I need to add
my_kobo_machine_ip kf.kobo.local kc.kobo.local ee.kobo.local
inside the /etc/hosts file in Ubuntu?
Use Dynamic DNS providers, and you have to know that some ISPs blocks port 80, you have to map the kobo server in different port.
