There is a Print button right on top of the Enketo form menu. So, before sending, a user can print her/his filled form on an attached printer or as pdf… See Help Center article, please.
As you are new here, please, always check your form with the Online validator, during development and before deployment. If you use Formbuilder, you can download your form as XLS form the project menu.
