What is the effect of correcting a tool after deployment and data has been collected/ uploaded by the teams or some of them (eg changing an integer to a decimal). This usually happens when we discover errors while the teams have collected part of their sample size and they discover an error.
Welcome back to the community, @bkgwadi! Changing an integer question type to a decimal question type should still be safe (however I would not recommend doing it). I would always recommend you do these on a dummy project to see how it behaves.
