Could not download data successfullly

Hi

My survey is going on. Till now we have collected more than 2 lac household information. But now I can not download data even from the legacy interface. How could I download data now? I need it in xls format urgently to monitor. Please help.

Taking too long to download media files

@amitgour, I see that you have made multiple posts with the same issue over the forum. Could you please try limiting this? Avoiding this should make the search index easier for the entire community. FYI, please be informed that when you have a lot of media files (or a media file that is of a greater size) on the server it should take time.
