Hi All,
I have 10 questions about vulnerability assessment. All these questions in a group and select one type. These questions ask about some vulnerability criteria like: female headed household, child headed household, disability, total household members, number of earning members, amount of income in a range, number of elderly persons etc. All these 10 questions have only two options: Yes and No. All these questions are mandatory. After asking these 10 questions, I need to define the vulnerability status of the respondents, like: Extremely vulnerable, vulnerable, moderate vulnerable. For example: If 8-10 questions out of 10 are answered âYesâ, then it is extremely vulnerable. If 5-7 questions answered âYesâ, then moderate vulnerable. At the end of this group, I have question: Define the vulnerability status of the respondent.
Are there any way to count the number of âYesâ or âNoâ answered out of those 10 questions?
If I want to link this vulnerability status with the range of âYesâ answered, is it possible? I mean, if 8 âyesâ is answered, then there will be only options "Extremely Vulnerableâ. If 5-7 âyesâ answered, then only âmoderate vulnerableâ should appear as option. Its kind of cascade, I think.
Any suggestions? Thanks a lot in advance.
Dear Sir,
Thank you so much for your kind response. Based on your kind and outstanding support, I have developed my final kobo questionnaire. It works exactly as I needed.
Please help me. I want to count the number of all the questions answered in my form to be able to generate a âprogress %â of completion of the form to display to the users (knowing that enketo doesnât have a progress bar). I have 8 groups that have the same questions, but they are randomized so users have to answer just 4. The majority of the questions are required and have relevant sets and skip logic. Iâm having NaN as the displayed %. Can you please tell me what Iâm doing wrong? Thank you very much! Habitat condition survey_v14 - Copy.xlsx (671.5 KB)
Hi @ivonne_salamanca,
If you use page view (settings), Enketo shows a progress bar (on top). You might solve your requirement through grouping your questions by pages.
Thank you for you response. Iâm sorry, but I donât see that progress bar you mentioned on the online validator. I already have the survey in pages style. This is what I get on my laptop and mobile:
Well as you can see, the bar is the same at the beginning of the survey as well as halfway through, so I donât believe itâs properly showing a progressâŚ
