Create select_one_from csv: problem of xls import csv

Hi everyone,

I am trying to import a XLS form created to have a list of choices from a csv.
When I create a new form by uploading a XLS I have an error message. I don’t understand because I exactly follow the example.

My XLS is the following one see as joint in the message
test_species.xlsx (10.2 KB)
Do you know what is the problem? and how to solve it?

Seems like your survey sheet in excel named as: Feuil1. Changing that to survey should do the work:
