Creating a form with List and quantities of listed items

I am creating an inventory form, where when I select, for example, laptop, the follow-up questions should be the type of laptop and then the quantity of laptop based on the type and specification of laptop. Please can someone help

I would suggest to use skip logic for relevant questions.
