Creating Advanced Constraint

Dear all,

Is it possible to set up a system in Kobo to create a constraint message based on the answers collected in the past? For example, on Monday, the 1st, the data collected for sick fruit is 5, and on Tuesday, the 2nd, the data collected for fruit should be equal to or greater than 5. So, when the data collected is 4, a constraint message will appear.

Is it possible to do this and how?

But i want to know more, Is it possible to constrain data based on the answers to questions that have been collected? For example, if the answer for today is 5, then the answer for tomorrow in the system must be no more than 5.
