Creating cascading dropdown list in kobo and odk sollect

Good morning,

I am working on a humanitarian project where we have to get data from the field for which we want to create an ODK tool to collect the data.

I am having difficulties in getting the breakdown from region, district, chiefdom to work. Please assist in solving this for me - see attached sheet.
