Hi Kal_Lam am kindly asking for any points of what is wrong with this csv file attached, I have been struggling with it for some time but Enketo keeps saying: File not Found. I have used your guide, and it has really helped and worked on other preloads but this one has been giving me challenges.

Am really not sure whats wrong with this csv and enketo keeps giving the error message: File not found. This is only happing for this file the other 2 files are working ok.

@joe.phiri, I don’t see any issues when quickly reviewing the CSV file. Could you also share a screenshot of the error message? Maybe the screenshot of your error message would be able to tell more.

I managed to resolve it. In the dataset heading title, one of them had an & character. I replaced it with _ and it worked.
