I am trying to upload a CSV file that contains a list of names and codes, I have been doing the same thing for the past 3 years, now each time I update and Reupload the file, Kobo rejects the file (if I download the file from the media settings, the file seems corrupted with the following error: (“File wasn’t available on site”).
Appreciate prompt response since I’m putting many activities on hold

@Khaleds, the CSV file format seems to be OK. Could you also let us know the server you are using?
I think it is a public server (Global)
