What is the meaning of data change status set to: not approved/ Approved/ on hold?

Hi @Kal_Lam ,

I have many data to change the status, for example 100 of 1000.
How to change 100 to “not aprroved” in a simple step? Currently, we need to filter the “_id” first, then change the status, one by one.
