Data collection method keeps reverting to Online-offline (multiple submission)

This could be because the option selected for the data collection, is not actually selected before you copied the link. Did you check if the option in the drop down shown 'Online-only (once per respondent) before you clicked for copying the link?

Only possible to select 'Online-Offline (multiple submission)' option in Collect Data under Forms tab

I am too facing the same problem. Though all option are listed, unable to choose the desired one. @Kal_Lam I got it that the option has to be selected and then we have to copy the link, fine. But to even select the drop down value, the selection doesn’t happen. I tried selecting “Online-only (multiple submission)”. Clicked the drop down and clicked that option. But the box still displays “Online-Offline (multiple submission)” Then how can we even get the desired link? is it kind of browse…
