Data download failed

I have the following problem, when I try to download the data I always get the “download failed” error, as seen in the image.

Hi @dagiz, when I tested your form on my side by downloading your form to XLS, I was able to successfully export data. Can you please try the following steps: Download your form as XLS from the KoBo UI [download xls] Replace your current form with the one you just downloaded and redeploy [replace form] Navigate to the downloads section with XLS export type and un-check the box that says " Include data from all 2 versions" [download] Try download as usual normal
