Hi. I have been collecting data on a form for around 10 days now, and the data has been captured in regional language. Translations have been added in the translation section in Kobo but some fields are still empty. I am unable to download the data in English version. Can anybody help me identify the issue?

@mayank, could you kindly share with us a screenshot of your issue that you get when trying to download data in English?
Yes, @Kal_Lam , Thanks for the reply. Of course. Here is the translation fed into the KOBO.
The translation works fine in Kobo data tables but not in excel where only first 2 options are being translated.

@Kal_Lam attached is the translation data in Excel.
If some translations are missing in your KoBoToolbox export, check the following:
- Ensure All Fields Have Translations – In Form Builder, verify that every question and choice has an English translation in the Translations tab.
- Check Default Language Settings – When exporting, select English as the language in the export options.
- Manually Edit Missing Translations – If translations were added after data collection, they might not apply retroactively. Try reapplying translations or manually updating missing fields.
- Export in Multiple Formats – Try exporting as XLS and check if English translations appear under a separate column.
If the issue persists, try re-uploading the form with translations fully completed and re-exporting the data.
