Hi, I have been trying to export data the last couple of days and just get Export failed. Last successful attempt was 10 days ago. Nothing has changed since then except more submissions so I’m assuming this is server-related.
Please could you let me know asap (I am a pro subscriber so should get “direct user support” but it’s not clear how I actually get this other than posting here on the community).
Here’s an example but this is occurring on ALL projects.

Hi, do you have an update on this? It also seems to be affecting API connections - we have connected systems which are also failing.
