Hi all, so I collected data both online using this form and offline. it looks complete on kobo but when I export to XLS or CVS there are a lot of empty cells in random questions. I’m sure the data is complete except for 3 forms I’m aware of. I’m fighting a tight deadline and even considering manually filling the cells that’s how desperate I am. for example C column. I did create a question and redploy but were answered
Welcome back to the community, @rawan! If it’s a redeployed form where you have added the question or made changes to the question in the middle of your data collection phase, you will need to check at the end of your dataset to see a variable and data that gets stored/saved there.
