Data icon is disabled

Hi team,
While in Kobo the Data part is faint meaning that it is disabled. I can not access the data collected for exportation and download.

Welcome to the community, @kinyagujt_2015! The DATA tab will only be inactive under two different conditions:

  • When you have no submission (at all) in your project. If this is the case, you will need at least one submission to your project.
  • When the project was shared with your account, and the sharing was restricted to data collection only. If this is the case, you will also need to request the admin to provide access to the data view.
