Hi There I created a kobo forms with grouped categories. The challenge i can only view the first and the second groups when i download the Xls. Other fields remain blank despite fields users entering data and Submitting. NB: All the fields are required* so they cant submit with blank fields
have you download the data and check it on excel?

I am facing the same issue. All data have been successfully submitted. It is showing in the summary page however data loss is there when I download the data in xls format. Anybody having solution for this?
