Data was submitted using a Kobocollect form, and I can see that 77 forms were submitted. However, all of the forms have blank data except for the date started and finished columns. About 95% of the questions are required, so I am confused about why these are full of blank data.

@Kal_Lam, there is no repeat group question.
@hopestory, did you add/remove questions later and then redeploy it? If this is the case, then you may see missing data for some variables.
