Data not appear!

Dear Sir/Madam,
Greeting from Nepal.

I am Resham Khadka from Nepal Red Crosso Society. Users collected data from field and also sent properly to the server. Now sent data seems in the sent item but those data does not appear in the server/my account. How to backup those data? Kindly requested to support on this issue. Thank you!

Welcome to the community, @nrcskarnali! Could you also let us know the server you are using? Also please let us know the mode of data collection your team is using. I mean is you team using the Collect Androd App to collect data or are they using the web form to collect data?
