Data partially lost

Dear all … from the 11 data that I received, there are 6 complete data, the other 5 data are only: id, uuid, submission tme, validation and other index data are empty. Can anyone help explain? if you can find the missing data.

Hi @akoh,

This could be due to the following 2 possibilities:

If your survey form did not have a mandatory response for the questions.
If you manually uploaded the empty forms to KoBoToolbox server as outlined in the support article here.
