Data server did not accept data

Days ago the databases files got corrupted, and I had to restore them from backups but since then I have been getting Data server did not accept data. error while trying to submit an edited submission.

Any help or insight to resolve this issue will be appreciated
Docker logs could not reveal anything insightful

I’ve had similar problems in the past when I restored from backups that did not have the required forms in the database. Are you able to access the form and its other data through KPI?

I check the database and the forms are there.
And yes, I can access the forms and data through KPI.

I can enter a new submission but cannot update up.
