Data submitted from Enketo not received to the KoBoToolbox server yet!

Hola. Soy nuevo en esta plataforma. Les cuento: diseñé un formulario para ser llenado desde computadores. “Con y sin conexión, entradas múltiples”
Una de las personas que debía responder el formulario, me dice ahora que ya ingresó el registro. llenó el formulario y envió, pero a mi me aparece “0 entrada de datos”. Quisiera corroborar que el problema no sea mío antes de consultar confirmando que esta persona haya hecho correcto su ingreso. Quedo atento, muchas gracias

Welcome to the community. Check out the following to see if it works:

  • Confirm if the user was able to successfully submit the filled up form to the server from Enketo (web form). For more details please have a look at the support article here.

  • Also ensure that the user has not cleared the cache of the browser after filling up the forms (i.e. before s/he submitted the data to the KoBoToolbox server). If the user clears the cache of the browser the collected data too will get cleared before it reaches the server.
