The data tab on the top of the web login for my account is ‘greyed out’ so I cannot download data. Is there any reason for this?
I can still access it via the quick links on the right hand side of the screen, but I am concerned as to why the top tab is not working.
Hi, we have the same issues, we are using google chrome, we used the tool for several other projects, The issue is still there even when we refresh the webpage.
