The data tab on the top of the web login for my account is ‘greyed out’ so I cannot download data. Is there any reason for this?
I can still access it via the quick links on the right hand side of the screen, but I am concerned as to why the top tab is not working.
Welcome back to the community, @Rusti! Could you also share with us a screenshot of your issue so that we could understand your issue pictorially?
Did you refresh, please? It is greyed/deactivated if there are not yet submissions when the page is opened (page status doesn’t update automatically).
@Rusti, did you check as advised by @wroos? If yes and the issue is still on, please could you also let us know the server you are using?
