Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to transfer / migrate data between servers (OCHA to HHI) or vice versa?

In other words, from individual to organizational account and vice versa?

Welcome to the community @nasirhaidary! Kindly please be informed that it is not possible to migrate data between servers i.e. from OCHA to HHI or vice versa.

Maybe you could upload the required xls dataset to your KoBoToolbox user account as outlined in post discussed previously using python:

Importing xls data into KoBoToolbox

@sareep, a while back have created a method for converting XLS data into XML with a Python script so that they can be submitted via the API. This requires an existing deployed form to be in your account. Everything is documented in this repository: https://github.com/kobotoolbox/xls-import. I hope this works for you.
