I have been using the Kobotool box smoothly for the past 4 months, but Yesterday my team and I were using online web forms when suddenly the website went down for about 2 hours (may be for maintenance). Afterwards, some of the submitted (non-uploaded) forms were lost. They were about 7 forms. I wonder if there is any way to retrieve them?

Welcome to the community! The data should be in your web browser (would you mind checking it). The same gets deleted if and only if you clear your browser’s catche.

I checked the browser several times and the pending number is zero. Didn’t delete any browser data?
