Datacleaning externalyy and then replace or import the dataset into KoboToolbox for euse of some of the variables

I have a dataset that we have downloaded and cleaned for a lot of duplications of IDs, a mess of columns , misspellings, categirsation of data into new variables, renaming of columnnames etc. Becuase we need to reuse some of the variables to be enable a new sampling of data at the same places we would like to imprt the cleaned dataset into the KOBOToolBOX nut I don’t find any possibility to do this?
