What is the general goal of the feature?
We would like to be able to create custom reports based on the date of entry, which is not currently an option. We provide monthly reports to the MoH in Zambia and this is not currently possible in the reporting section of Kobo, because date of entry is captured in the background.

I imagine this would be extremely useful to other organisations who will also want to report on activity and data within a given time frame
