I have designed a form and would like to set a deadline for enteries submission, so that the form becomes unavailable after the 15th of each month. Could you please guide me on how to implement this?

In the survey tab of your XLSForm:
Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when nothing is entered
Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when a date less then 15 is selected
Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: when a date greater then 15 is selected
