Decrypt Data then return to Database

Is there a way to decrypt data from kobo database then return the decrypted data back to same database?

Decryption of encrypted data from the KoBoToolbox server at the moment is only possible through ODK Briefcase v1.15. I am afraid if there is an option to put back the decrypted data back to the KoBoToolbox server where the project itself is already encrypted.

However if you wish to give a try you could by following the instructions as outlined in the post discussed previously using python code:

@sareep, a while back have created a method for converting XLS data into XML with a Python script so that they can be submitted via the API. This requires an existing deployed form to be in your account. Everything is documented in this repository: https://github.com/kobotoolbox/xls-import. I hope this works for you.
