What is the process to get a dedicated server for our company
Welcome to the community, @rhabari! So you mean you do not wish to use the publicly available server hosted by KoboToolbox (i.e. the humanitarian server and the non-humanitarian server) instead, want to have your server? If this is the case, you could always install a self-hosted server yourself.
Hi @rhabari, if you would like dedicated support from KoboToolbox for your instance you can reach out to info@kobotoolbox.org, otherwise the kobo-install script is a good starting point for setting it up yourself.
