Delete Images

Hi there,

I have been looking around at this community forum, but I can’t find the answer yet.
Now the free license has been limited to 1gb of storage (which I completely understand), it is crucial to have a good system to manage the stored data. We have a form where hundreds of images have been submitted. I can download these attachments very easily, but I can’t find a way to mass-delete the files. I found some ways in which you can delete the images one by one, but this really isn’t feasible.

Is there a way to do this? And if not, is this functionality coming? I think this is absolutely crucial with the recent limitations of the free plan.

Delete all media from a form

We are trying to clear up some space on our Kobotoolbox account by removing images. The current process to delete images from a form is very long (see Delete Media Files - #2 by Kal_Lam). It would be great if there could be a way to simply click one button to delete all the media of a form.

We will update you once it’s live in our system.
