Recently I created a form that I needed to share with over 100 candidates for data entry on ODK phone. In order for them to download the form on their device I needed to give them my username and password. Now this is a pretty big security concern because anyone can just login and delete data. So is there a way around this. Thank you.
@Fakhr, you could treat your current KoboToolbox account as the admin account (from where you deployed your project) and have additional accounts as enumerators. You could share your project from the admin account to the enumerators account by restricting certain permissions that keep your data safe as outlined in this support article:
