I have found that the link to my deployed survey will not open on some old smart phones, it just shows that loading circle and never appears. I am not sure what web browsers they are using. Is this a temporary bug or should I expect that links cannot open on all browsers?

Welcome back to the community! You generally face this problem (i.e. not able to load survey forms in Enketo) when the browser of your device (mobile, tablet) is outdated. For this simply update the browser to its latest version and you should be able to get your forms smoothly in your device.
