Deploying a questionnaire to participants in form of self administered questionnaires

Hullo community, I have managed to create a questionnaire but I want it to be self administered. When I send the questionnaire link to a participant it prompts for a password and username. Is there a way I can send a questionnaire and the participant responds to the questions without it first asking for the password and username.

Hi @brunonatu,

To allow data entry for anyone with access to the form URL:

  • Open the project in KoboToolbox, and go to the FORM section
  • Below the Collect Data section, use the toggle button to enable “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password”
