1. Create and Deploy Your Form:
Design and deploy your form on the Kobo Toolbox platform as usual.
2. Configure Sharing Settings (Crucial Step):
Navigate to the FORM tab, under the “Collect data” section, toggle on “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password”
3. Configure ODK/Kobo Collect App:
Open your ODK or Kobo Collect app and go to Settings > Project Settings > Server.
Add the base URL for your Kobo Toolbox server, followed by your username:
Global Server: KoboToolbox
EU Server: KoboToolbox
Replace [your-account-username] with your actual Kobo Toolbox username.
4. Download Blank Forms:
Return to the main screen of your ODK/Kobo Collect app. Select “Get Blank Form.” You should now see your deployed form listed and available for download.
