Does anyone know if there is a way to allow several users (different computers and locations) to review and edit the same form with everyone 's inputs before they do one consolidated submission as a group?

Welcome to the community, @guiguitest! Collecting data by different users from different computer and location is not possible. However, you can review and edit the submissions by sharing the project as outlined in these support articles:
