Hello, I cannot download my question in XLS format. Can you help if I give my user name and password? Thanks.

On the right side of the name of your forms, you should see the Submissions. If you hover your mouse cursor over there, you should see 3 dots ... which says “More actions” if you hover over it. If you click it, you should see “Download XLS”. You can check the screenshot below:
This will provide you with the XLS version of your form.
Alternatively; you can click on your form, under the Form tab, there is also 3 dots ... which says “More actions” if you hover over it. If you click it, you should see “Download XLS”.
