Difficulty in syncing forms (Generic Exception Error)

Hi,

We are conducting a survey with the help of 30 volunteers since past two weeks. Data collection was seamless till last Friday.

One of our data collectors started getting a message while syncing the forms from his device. (Please refer to the screenshot attached).

The issue is not with all other data collectors.

@saludcontigo, I made a quick check with the xlsform you shared. I slightly modified your xlsform to check.
