I faced a problem with some interviews that were saved in draft form disappearing when the researcher was entering the information via webmail and they were not sent and at the same time the researcher did not delete these forms
Can we find these interviews somehow???
Is there any place where I can search for these interviews
Welcome back to the community, @rimaoulleik! Did you mean you were collecting data through the web form and the draft submissions got missing from the browser?
Yes , that is the case
@rimaoulleik, there could be two cases here. The first one is that if your device is not connected to the internet and you happen to connect, the saved submissions will automatically be submitted to the server. The second case is that if you have cleared your browser before submitting the submission to the server all your data will be erased.
