Discrepancies in variables in the table and in report

  1. My table shows missing rows
  2. It also shows duplicate variables
  3. The report is showing missing responses while the questionnaire is mandatory
    Please help me.

Welcome to the community, @mkamwiyo! Could you kindly share with the community a screenshot of your issue so that the community is able to understand your issue and help you out? Try sharing both the screenshots. I mean the one from the table view and the other from the downloaded data which is in the XLS format.

Missing data in mandatory questions

@mkamwiyo, a quick question: did you update your form? Have you added some questions recently and then redeployed your form? If this is the case, then you could see missing values even when your questions are mandatory.

@mkamwiyo, if this is the case, you will need to manage your data outside the KoboToolbox system. You could do this through Excel, SPSS, STATA, or any other software you have been using.
