Hi @vivigiron, Welcome to community. This usually happens because of two reasons, one is your accounts are not in the same server, there are two servers, the EU server and Global server, so you may not be on the same server. The second reason i know is when one of you did not active your account by clicking the activation mail. Please check these two option, if it did not solve your problem, let us know
