Displaying choices in drop down

Hi Team,

Greetings of the day!

Could you please help us on the below thing:

Let us consider 5 questions
Question 1: Should be drop down where user can select the value
Question 2: Should be drop down where user can select the value, same as question 1 but with different drop down values.
Question 3: should be drop down, same as question 1 and question 2 but different drop down values
Question 4: it should be Note(not editable) where user can see the value based on the question 1, 2 and 3, drop downs.
Question 5 : its should be Note(not editable) where user can see the value based on the question 4,

Please find the attached Excel file with respective drop down values of Questions.
Could you please reply ASAP.

Unfortunately, the information you have provided is not sufficient to be able to fully comprehend the problem you are having,. This has nothing to do with cascade select, this seems more like 5 single response questions.

I think below things will clarify

Preview of the form:
Question 1, Question 2, and Question 3 is drop down, where we can select the data.
based on the three drop downs question 4 value should display.
based on the question 4 value, question 5 should display.

I am able to achieve this format, but we are having one condition i.e.,
1.Question 4 should be Note only,
2.should not consist of any drop down. and
3. based on 1,2,3 questions, “ question 4 should be prepopulate the response ”

and please find the attached Excel sheet of drop down values.

Note:

  1. If you see Question 1, drop down the values are repeating.
  2. if you see Question 2, same the drop down values are repeating.
  3. and Question 3, we should have only one value in drop down .
    The output should be in the below format.
    Example 1: Question 1 =A; Question 2 = AA, question 3 = AAA then question 4 = Low;
    Example 2: Question 1 =A; Question 2 = AC, question 3 = AAA then question 4 = High;

Hi @adepuk,

Could you draft a dummy question and have an instruction on how Question 4 is classified to Low, Medium and High. I am a bit unclear.
