DNS setup for Subdomains | 600 seconds error

Hi all,

I’m running Ubuntu 20.04, I’ve managed to install kobo onto it, but at the end I’m receiving the error:

**Waiting for environment to be ready. It can take a few minutes.**

............................................................

**`KoBoToolbox` has not started yet. This is can be normal with low CPU/RAM computers.**

**Wait for another 600 seconds?**

1) Yes

2) No

I understand that this seems to be a DNS issue, I am running this using a domain I purchased however that’s as far as my DNS configuration has gone (other than setting up the A record to my VPS). I’m sure this is a very easy fix however it’s outside of my knowledge base and just a simple guide on how to configure this and what I need to do/ purchase would be ideal!
